Very Good Salads is brought to you by Shuki Rosenboim and Louisa Allan, owners of Melbourne's small falafel bar Very Good Falafel. With a focus on vegan salads, exceptional dips, soft pita and, of course, very good falafel you will find all of these dishes within the 52 recipes. Each recipe has a focus on local in-season ingredients and include a Iraqi Jewish or Middle Eastern twist.
